BUJUMBURA January 19th (ABP) – The First Lady of Burundi, Angeline Ndayishimiye, visited on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, Mrs. Johali Mugishimana, the mother from Rumonge commune, who have recently given birth to sextuplets and who remains bedridden in the Kamenge military hospital. She brought her food and non-food items. She also gave her a sum of money to pay the rent and help the three children who stayed at home. In an interview given to the press, the First Lady said that it was due to a spirit of love and compassion that she came to congratulate that mother through whom God worked miracles in Burundi, even if two of those 6 babies could not survive.
The parents of those children warmly thanked the First Lady for that humanitarian gesture she had just made while wishing her every success in her daily activities in the service of the nation.
