Cankuzo July 26th (ABP) – The governor of Cankuzo province, Mr. Boniface Banyiyezako called on the people to concern for family well-being. It was Thursday, July 21 during community development work consisting in tracing contour lines in the Gatungurwe village in Cankuzo commune, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.
After the said works, Governor Banyiyezako are called on the people to endorse those activities because they contribute to the protection of the soil against erosion and which, therefore, serve as assets for the increase in production.
He also sensitized the people not to sit idly by, but rather to use them to exploit the cultivable lands in order to fight famine and poverty.
The provincial governor also challenged the people to avoid waste, and invited them to save all production, with the aim of promoting household development, which goes hand in hand with preparing the best future for families.
According to Governor Banyiyezako, that objective will be easy to achieve if we associate in associations and cooperatives in order to exchange ideas and experiences related to self-development.
On the sidelines of all that, Mr. Banyiyezako called on the people to prepare for the national day of local solidarity and that his contribution will be used to help vulnerable people.
He finally invited his governed to preserve peace and security, while providing information on any worrying situation to the hierarchy and to fight against fraud.
