MAKAMBA December 16th (ABP) – Members of the provincial Joint Security Committee (CMS) gathered on Tuesday December 14, 2021 around the governor to agree on strategies to strengthen peace and tighten security in these days as we are drawing near to the end of 2021 and beginning of the year 2022, a check by ABP revealed.
The provincial commissioner, Mr. Emmanuel Manariyo, asked the administrators to instruct the village leaders to organize meetings to revitalize the joint security committees.
People are called upon to always inform the administration of any worrying situation, especially since the leaders of the ten houses must regularly complete the visitors’ notebooks in order to control the people’s movements.
For the governor of Makamba, Mrs. Françoise Ngozirazana, motorcycle-taxi riders must respect the hours of circulation by not exceeding 7 p.m. and avoiding improper loading, adding that all motorcycles without a plate must not circulate. The people will also have their awareness raised in order to break with the practice of mob justice.
